In order to comply with the financial regulations of the Philippines, our company has reached a cooperation agreement with Flash Cash 101 Lending Corp. (Philippines SEC registration No. CS201915317, CA No. 3083) to legally operate cash loan business using its lending qualification. AstroVant Technology Inc. provides unsecured personal cash loans directly to Philippine residents with a loan term of >=91 days (3 months), and the APR will not exceed the prescribed maximum of 180%.

Both parties are independent legal entities. Flash Cash 101 Lending Corp. does not participate in the actual operation, risk control, or fund management of this application.
